Company has a good reputation in the market that is the thing a candidate is impressed when it comes to Job. But as soon as he joins the workplace he will loose the excitement level and confidence.. No support from the branch office and they just want to achive the targets.Trainings are good the upper management wants the company to grow.

Dislikes

There is a lot pf politics u don't get support u have to learn own your own. And if u tell them about your workplace how u r treated they will surely throw you out without any notice and even they cut their salary without any valid reason. Carrer growth is low team support is zero. Worst management i have seen ever Think before joining.

Worst work life ever i had. They tell u u have bond of 1 year but after joining u will hey to know no bond is there that's great but u don't get offer letter immediately. 1st u will join after 15 to 20 days will get offer letter that to only to branch off

Terrible place for work especially pune office.. they pressurized their employees to do more targets by generating brokerage without any proper analysis of market... As a result employee takes the position on behalf of client without any proper market research and client makes losses.. this thing is getting done only for generating incentives.
