Salary and growth not mush satisfied, higher level management is taking higher benefits and it will not low level management employees. lot of money spending on technology and unnecessary human resource but not much updating technology as expected.

I am working from last 5 years in this organization and it was a wonderful journey till now i have learned so many new things also. It was a great please to explore our skills.

Dislikes

So many time we wont get appreciated for our achievements and hard work. Currently working office place is not safe to work because there is no proper canteen to seat and eat our lunch there is limited please for employees. No proper seating arrangement to sit and work in front of system. Lots of Mosquitos roaming in entire office due to this many of our employees got Dengue and malaria diseases.

Need to priortize the senior people and recruitment process for junior or inexperience need to monitor and sales recruiting process evry much poor the same impacting the sales growth and software issues delaying client service so the same need to improve and No salary hike for seniors and opertaions manages so the same will impact losing old employees

I like the employee centric approach coupled with quality of the people that we work around. The Product offering is one of the best in the industry. Continuos learning and development also the best i have seen in the industry

What i dont like is the age old manual proceses managing talented manpower, transparency in Incentive Policies, few Vintage resources behaviours in HO, Regional HR not addressing local issues.
