Mis Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required
• Analyse data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions
• Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports
• Prepare Ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders
• Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB, SQL and other techniques
• Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations
• Evaluate current processes and procedures for the Payer and identify issues that cause rejections and denials
• Interpret data and metrics using charts, tables and other graphics in Microsoft Excel (primarily) and PowerPoint

Skills Required:

• Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 1 year experience in the MIS operations.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and its components.
• Should have working knowledge of Google Forms & Google Sheets
• Excellent Interpersonal & Presentation skills.
• Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication and good at Documentation
• Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Macros & VBA.
