In my team the team building efforts are quite prominent and you can reach to anyone in the team for your problems and solutions. Enviornment is quite friendly and helpful, the learning curve is quite there for some projects but not all.

The management is below average, even for small things like food, stationary it requires a long tedious process. The other thing is the increments and appraisals, they promise you some things but the HR cleverly changes it to the their respective requirements. Culture: Dirtiest corporate politics, I have ever seen where entire team has to worship the VP. Only he decides the fate of poor associates. Dont work, but please him… you will be safe.
