The Organization offers quite relaxed work atmosphere and urges every individual to take more simple responsibilities that helps in grooming of skills and personality in overall. The access to Top Management is very smooth and any concerns are heard with open mind. I found everyone helpful.

Dislikes

I did not enjoy the training process much as it was on job training rather than providing training first and then joining / going live. You have opportunity to grow if you can multitask and own more responsibilities while improving your overall skills. All Team members are helpful.

Before joining this company, I request you all don't join it because company fire any time without giving any warning. Their is no job security, lots of politics mostly from seniors who giving you training they behaving like jangli and uneducated. Their is no growth, person who worked from last 4 to 5 years in the organization doing same thing who joined newly</mark>. No cab facility during odd hours, company totaly ignore employee security. Management is completely sick, dont expact anyting they will hire on fast track and fire like a rocket. Don't go with the company rating showing good on different website but reality is totaly different. On first day of joining they will offers you rate us getting mail from the management side regarding this. Most of the employee rate positively because of unaware about the company policy and new joinee. I only say finaly " jago new joinee's jagooo " dont be a part with same story....Read More
