Toxic work culture, too much politics, CEO of the company is hilarious don't know how to treat their employees, not giving salary on time, there is nothing like work structure, HR of this company is such a dumb don't know how to talk, every time bitching, worst leave policy.

I've recently joined this company. However, I am at a good place to share my experiences. Here are some of the pros I've noticed so far. 1. The working culture is phenomenal. Everyone is there to help you out, ask for suggestions, and generally practices a healthy sense of competition . 2. The management follows an open-door policy (in literal terms). All employees have the free space to share their opinions, suggestions and feedback with the management. The management is open and willing to adapt to useful suggestions. 3. There are parties every weekend in the company. Acts as a great stress-buster for all! 4. Bogged down with some work pressure but that's inevitable with working at startups. There is no transportation facility provided by the company, making it a difficult commute for several employees. Nothing else to dislike about the company.

Moretasks is one of the great employer I have ever seen. I really enjoyed working here. During covid 19 where big corporate giants are laying off they are still hiring and moreover during this period they still paid salary to their employees. They know how to take care of their employees. I have to leave due to personal reasons other wise I would have still continued to work here. For freshers it's heaven. You cannot get better start than this trust me. Their salary structure is very good. Work culture is fine as it varies from individual to individual perspective . They do not provide cab facility. But I was fine with it as their salary structure is good. They have to work bit more on the training structure part for the new joiners. Other than this every thing was good.

I have been working in MoreTasks for almost a year now. This is my first job and I love every aspect of my job. The thing that I like most is the outstanding work culture. MoreTasks has provided me with this great opportunity to work with such amazing people. All of them are supportiv e, talented, and welcoming. I get to learn so many things from everyone on a daily basis. My mentors and team members encourage me to perform and do better every day. Sometimes, we had insane workflow. However, all of us manage everything by working together and helping each other. I do not dislike anything. I believe the only thing that needs improvement is the internet connectivity. The internet service is quite slow at times which disturbs our productivity during the time of massive workflow.
