Overall a nice place to work at. Most team members are knowledgeable and helpful. Company offers good visibility for background workers that might usually otherwise stay out of management's attention at similarly-sized organizations. Compensation is fair-enough and great learning opportunities too.

Dislikes

There is a sizable learning curve to the niche domain that the company works in, which can be better addressed during on-boarding of new recruits. Management needs a slightly more 'tech-infrastructure'-centric think tank to counter steadily rising product demands.
