There are some good people at but unfortunately, they too are powerless in this toxic environment.

The work culture at is extremely toxic, creating an environment where employees feel demoralized and undervalued. Management is arrogant, treating employees as though they can be easily bought rather than fostering a supportive atmosphere. HR has no real decision-making power and acts merely as a puppet of management. Salaries are delayed, arriving 5 to 15 days late. Hard work is neither recognized nor appreciated, leaving employees feeling frustrated and overlooked. There's no work-life balance, and the company provides no opportunities for learning or growth. Promotions are based not on merit or performance, but on how good you are at "chatu karita" and "ji huzoori" (flattery and appeasing those in power). If you lack knowledge but excel in these behaviors, you are most welcome here. The company also forces employees to sign an illegal 2-year bond, claiming it's for the training they provide—though in reality, no training is given. The leave policy is equally harsh, with minimal leave days and a 'sandwich leave' policy that further reduces your time off. **Tip:** Don’t trust HR blindly—ensure all important communications are documented via email. If you believe in your skills and want to grow in your career, look for a better company. Skill Development/Learning : - This company get's many high level projects which requires strong logic and coding knowledge which in-turn helps the developer to learn more and grow faster in terms of development. Work-Life Balance :- Not good. More often people stay late to complete target that was given on short notice. Company started with flexibility time which is gone. Reporting time is as rigid as it can be. 50% of the time you will have to come on Sunday as well for which you will be given Saturday off. Compensation & Benefits : - Will be given to you only when company is in need but never when you need it. Company culture : - No RNR. Bonus will be given to you once during Diwali. Criteria for eligibility is up to the owner of the company. As if now company is owned by one person, so when it comes to executive decision what ever he says, goes. Co workers are friendly and at times silly but not all of them are that way. As usual out of a bunch of tomato some of them will be rotten. You have to come on Sunday , you did not get any OT pay or complimentary off for that day, They don't paid enough as compare to how much you work , They have poor time line criteria for projects.

We learn here a lot because there is less staff as well as departments and in pressure we have to work "Yaha sikhne bhi kaam karte karte milta hai aate se hi pressure ke wahja se kaam karna hi padega"
