We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team at Mobilestyx Consulting & Solutions

As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our company

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Knowledge of social media platforms and their use for recruitment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Assist in the implementation and coordination of employee training and development programs.

Assist with employee relations matters, including interpreting company policies and resolving conflicts.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs.

Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases.

Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Support the HR team with any other tasks as assigned.
