Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and screening resumes.

Support onboarding activities including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial employee orientations.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Help with the preparation and distribution of HR documents and reports.

Assist in organizing employee training sessions and events.

Participate in employee engagement initiatives and surveys.

Provide administrative support to HR team members as needed.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist with other HR-related projects and tasks as assigned.
