Lot of scope to learn and enhance the skills. Very good for the persons with average skills and much interest.

Job security is less they can close your account at any time if project requirement is not there. Appraisals are there every year but very less on basic and other things like HRA and more on Project allowances(will get only on project) and Long term bonus(will get only after 1 yr. on project continuously). Need to pay for the bus facility in Vizag. Politics are there from managers and team leads, they will show nativity feeling to Vizag, Vizayanagaram and Srikakulam people and someone give priority to girls also. Didn't provide any facilities like snacks or tea or coffee water fridges are also not cleaned properly. Most of the projects are support projects so most of the shift timings are 6-3 weekends 10pm-4am. Mangers some times forced to work in projects without assign project also. Even though we worked on multiple technologies they will give only on one. H.R s and mangers are sometimes very rude, they will remove from the project without any reason and they will disable the e-mail account without informing....Read More

My experience with Miracle company has been positive overall. However one aspect i find concerning is that some hard-working employees feel the need to rely on coffee/ tea to manage stress. It would be beneficial to consider alternative way to support employee in such situation.

I like the work. I am interested in finding new things and trying to work on them. Which is exactly what I am doing here at Innovations as part of Miracle's workforce.

Most of the employees working here are all night shifters. So am I. I work the night shift and during the end of the shift or hours nearing to the end of the shift we don't have general facilities that a company usually provides to night shift workers.( Food and Beverages).
