Every possible thing. The main person is a spoilt child who doesn't know how to run a firm and doesn't have any knowledge of investments and how to go about them. He isn't serious about investments, Renegotiates salary lower every month, is mentally unstable, acts like a petulant child.

Its a product based comlany. This is not the company for people who bluff. All their projects needs you to be very strong with engineering background. If you live research this is the company and if you want easy project then stay away.

Dislikes

Too strict to requirements and provide quality even if the ptoject goes in loss.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Abusive. Politics. There is no senior who can help you. No HR. No Technical team. In short this is not a company. Only showoff. they will hardly pay you 5k month. they will not provide you laptop or desktop. if you stuck in code then you will face (Abuse, taunting). salary is not on time. Sometime you will get salary after 2-3 months. saturday no leave. Last but not least. They don't have client and they don't know what they are doing including boss also. literally they don't have any idea what they are trying to do. stay away from this company. it is a big scam....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
