The organisation has a positive culture. They have WFH option so you can save a lot.

Work-life balance will mostly depend on client projects. I put in a lot of time working, but I never really received any thanks. The appraisal will be based on the client's budget. You shouldn't anticipate a positive appraisal if your clients aren't good. I used to get messages from seniors late at night about work.
