Good for fresher and they prefer to hire fresher or max 3 year exp. You are boss of your work so you can manage time accordingly, work life balance depend on the client requirement. Aprraisal used to be good in the past and now its kind of percentage basis. You have to learn new things by your own no training is provided by the organisation. They have small team so sometime you endup as a single developer for the product. Salary is good compare to many companies....Read More

Dislikes

Chances of become TL or manager are less as the organisation structure won't allow you to grow as they have small project and small teams. You can be mentor for freshers . Current TL are in comfort zone and they are not looking for switch so you can't be promoted.

Work Life balance is good. Work from home is option

Dislikes

Way too much internal politics. Little growth. Low compensation. No feedback to employee. They'll just say that we have complaints against you and you'll never know who complained and what was the complaint.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
