Learning is good during training. After that the work is very bad. Luckily if u will be in mbrdi from microland then u can expect some extra money or else in microland they won't give a single penny extra.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
