Hi Everyone, Every company follows client requirements. Once client is satisfied ML associate can safe to work. Otherwise no job security. Also no employee benefits. My role is SME as per standards pay 12-17.5L PA. But they can't offer. They try to negotiate with the employee initial time. Finally company is Good. Thank you.!

They do not notice your potential, if you are close to Managers or people in higher positions it's easy to get opportunities and Transportation to cafetaria food everything is charged here. Company policies are pathetic always in favour of company and very bad for employees.

Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed). I recently received an offer from Novartis Hyderabad as Data Analyst level 3 with a CTC of 19.9 LPA (18.3 LPA fixed). Is this a good offer, or is it on the lower side for my experience?
