Rotational shifts without shift allowances, they only provide allowances for night shift which is 250 rupees. No free transport, you will have to pay for it. Since we are working from we could neglect this transportation. Only females can get one side free transport. Health insurance policy won't cover parents and it will be only for spouse and childrens.

Fine. Since we work for operational support, we will not knowing the setup in less span of time
