The package & the benefits are bad to worst for general people who work. What ever the appreciation comes will directly go to managers rather than the person who works.

Work Details

Other than basic job training's nothing above is free in Microland we need to pay from our pocket, even for health Insurance and outings in cheap places. Work from home is a dream.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
