A company management that cares least about it's employees well-being. They always demand for more work even after working 14-16 hours straight. If you join as fresher you'll gain some knowledge for sure but at the expense of your personal life. Forget about appraisal and promotions there's no guarantee they'll keep you even after putting so much effort.

Nothing to like here. Very worst management. Biased and no value or recognition on hard work.

No job security, No Support from higher management for career growth, no value for hard work. No recognition for good work, the work which is done by us is taken advantage and showcased as done by managers. Biased on language and place. There is a group of 4-5 people and everything happens as their wish. Even HR's will take the decision based on their words.
