1. On the technology front, it's top notch. Java, Kubernetes, MicroServices, AWS services - you name it. 2. Great work culture - respect regardless of title and empowerment to experiment and explore with technologies / process freely. 1. Leadership vision lately has been a blend of confusion. Most people feel the lack of direction. 2. Retention policies of highly skilled employees has to improve. You cannot let go. Attrition is a huge concern. 3. Too many features and technical debt that has piled up over years 4. Although a very good product, Metricstream needs to learn to say 'No' to unreasonable customer demands and customizations. A lot of their competitors are doing well because they can manage their upgrades well. MetricStream upgrades are so messy only because of excessive customizations dancing to the whims of everything customers ask for. 5. Flexible work hours, my team is good but it’s not the same case for all. They have given WFH to employees.

Dislikes

The appraisals are very very bad after Covid. Don’t expect good appraisals if you don’t have counter offer ready already. There are no overtime given if you work on weekends. Lots of micromanaging since recent changes in leadership. The plans are not clear and priorities are changing regularly which leads to unfinished changes to be lost down the line.

Nothing to like here. Very worst management. Biased and no value or recognition on hard work.

No job security, No Support from higher management for career growth, no value for hard work. No recognition for good work, the work which is done by us is taken advantage and showcased as done by managers. Biased on language and place. There is a group of 4-5 people and everything happens as their wish. Even HR's will take the decision based on their words.
