This company has no ethics and employees at mangement level are not professional. They keep on bossing by taking fresh graduates,offer very less salaries and give more work burden. They want to take bonded labour of 2 years for retaining employees in organisation create a fearful environment to open communication no transparency at work there is no work life balance one should become slave to work for them. The management sucks. Even the C.E.O would give you his word and then take a 360 degree u turn. There is no career growth prospect and god forbid if your client goes away they do not bother to give you a salary as well.
