Management is not good.they deduct salary without reason they will promise you that they will increase your salary but won't. Kunal Gupta is finally arrested by CID Kolkata for running scam call centres and doing hawala He is not coming out anytime soon like Rose Velley Owners Search Internet / Facebook with keywords like "Kunal Gupta arrested" and you will find lots of news and videos of him under police custody

Throughout covid 19 lockdown, layoffs are going on, deduction on salary, and for few no salary. Management is not supportive to the employees at all. Company Policy is not good.

I wish I could give a ZERO star rating to them!! Probably the worst organization to work with in Kolkata. They're just a small time BPO with a worst management and no growth opportunity. After working my back off for over 2 and a half years they suddenly asked me to sign a contract for my performance which was nowhere mentioned in my joining or offer letter. They denied my on-site allowance which was over 100 thousand Indian rupees that I earned because of my hard work of 6 months in the UK and forced me resign just a week before my marriage. I begged them for the job and the money but they didn't give an ear to anything. When most of the employees left because of the mismanagement within the organisation some of the old employees like me stayed loyal to the company and at end we were completely deprived. If anyone wants to join the company they better be ready to get their salaries at a later date than promised with no or little year on year increment. There is no work culture within the absolutely incompetent management. All they know is hundred different ways to deduct salaries. A failure ownership and toxic environment within the office premise. I can say a thousand words about them but let's not write everything on social media otherwise they'll be completely unmasked. The BPO industry in Kolkata has been completely saturated because of companies like this and one should be very careful before joining a company. Try to AVOID this one at all cost!!...Read More

Lots of innocent people get cheated because of them,Employee were. forced to work on weekend and even on pandemic from office. no work planning, noisy surrounding.Management use to threat employee if they don't want to do work from office during pandemic or tested positive COVID. no appreciation on good, not even good work culture

Terrible Salary Payment, They never pays salary in time. Unusual deduction from Salary in the name of penalty with poor reasons . Bad behavior of Management, steels employee's PF and ESI contributions. They runs scams world wide. No career growth. Only higher management people gets their right compensation. It's a family run business. All the higher management are from Family of Mr. Kunal Gupta (MD) or they are close friend of him.
