You will get good learning experience as Mercer invest huge time in individual training programme. This company have great work culture and I had been part of wonderful Team. Great work life balance, although it depends on your team manager. Rest in terms of company benefit and stability, it is great company to work with.
Only cons is compensation part, but if you can see the facilities provided by the company and job security. In that case compensation part is workable.

- The company campus is fantastic. - The salary structure ensures a good in-hand - A substantial PF deduction helps in building strong savings

Too much internal politics. Every leader have their own puppets which are getting promoted every year without having any relevant skills. They will fire people in batches and give lousy reason like "your role is dissolved" and "your position is NOT relevant"

Company is great but the individual team's culture could vary depending on team Managers, excellent leave policies, festival celebrations and other events are amazing, free cab, free food, great work life balance until and unless your manager is really an ahol.
New people were hired instead promoting internal old talent, new people sometimes come through contacts or in the name of diversity hiring which may not be as competent enough to perform their roles well plus they try to change the old culture and could disturb the whole team with their negativity or bossy mindset, senior management or the HR doesn't really hear analyst level resources
