Likes

Working at Mercer has been a rewarding experience. It has a great working culture with no requirement to log-in or log-off at a particular time. Team is young and thus you get the opportunity to learn with the peers and also showcase your strengths. Its a great place to work in the early part of your career.

Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The work quality is below par, particularly as you get more experience within a particular role. Monetary compensation is average and should improve further to retain the best talent.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
