Worst experience ever they commit that they will give us the job security and layed off employees, there are no qualified managers and team leads both doesn't know the process or take any initiative to improve the training skills there are political plan and issue within the team management.

If anyone is joining this company, make sure that you have money for therapy. You will have no say in anything. Everything has to go through management and one wannabe Head. They are just looking for deaf and dumb professionals who would just follow orders. Complete chaos, highly disorganised and disrespectful towards employees. No work life balance- 24*7 work. No proper career growth even if you perform like employee of the decade. Higher management is too worst in highlighting employee performance. No salary on time and asking to work for late nights without paying three months salary.
