initially company was decent to work with in year 2021 , 2022

Saroja Yermalli hired a new dumb HR Deep Tripathi who in returned hired even more dumber people like Priyanka Ramesh (HR ) Gagan Gulati ( RBM ) Preet Rathi ( Area manager - who was sacked from her last job also and was without a job) . Together they sank the Melorra Empire , due to there stupid logics and wrong hiring the entire Melorra company is on verge of closing now . It was decent company to work with in 2021 and 2022 , since these guys have come on board. The company lost its way , they were holes in Melorra Ship , which eventually SANK !! The company was good to work initially, but then they hired a new HR team Deep Tripathi , Priyanka and new RMB Gagan Gulati . They ruined the company and its culture completely. Gagan was / is an incompetent and useless manager with no leadership or jewellery experience. He is an idiot and will Sink Melorra Ship . Already stores have started shutting down , all the new stores opened are only running into looses. They fake the numbers and show to investor also. Do not join this company !!...Read More

There hired a dumb north RBM called Gagan , who was useless and incompetent and because of him the entire system collapsed. He should be FIRED ! Else Melorra will sink further.
