When I first joined the company, it was a fantastic place to work. Both the employees and managers were excellent. However, the atmosphere changed drastically when the directors hired a new CEO and HR head. Their leadership disrupted the company's operations, creating a toxic work environment for everyone.

Dislikes

The FNF payout is still pending, even though it has been over a year since I left the company. Officially, the payout was supposed to be completed within 45 days of the last working day, but despite the considerable passage of time, I have yet to receive it. This delay is extremely disappointing.

As a newcomer I initially gained valuable skills and found the work culture to be positive. However, subsequent changes in the company including the appointment of a new CEO and HR manager, significantly altered the environment. They imposed a dictatorial style of management that stifled creativity and led to a loss of autonomy among the employees. This shift created a toxic environment where following directives replaced utilising individual skills. The worst part is I haven’t yet received my FNF which was supposed to be released within 45 days of my resignation. And it has been more than a year i have left the company and my FNF is still pending. This is so frustrating . And not only me, the other employees who left before or after me have also not received their FNFs and as always they do fake promises that every time we try to share your FNFs something happens and blah-blah but yes it has been 1+ year I haven’t received it. The company is absolutely pathetic. Their is no system of giving salaries to the employees. If you leave the organisation due to non payment of salary ,There is no system of Fnf or Experience letter. If you try to reach out to the HR department they do not even bother to respond. How will they there is no one in the HR as well. Everyone left the organisation at the right time.
