As a newcomer I initially gained valuable skills and found the work culture to be positive. However, subsequent changes in the company including the appointment of a new CEO and HR manager, significantly altered the environment. They imposed a dictatorial style of management that stifled creativity and led to a loss of autonomy among the employees. This shift created a toxic environment where following directives replaced utilising individual skills. The worst part is I haven’t yet received my FNF which was supposed to be released within 45 days of my resignation. And it has been more than a year i have left the company and my FNF is still pending. This is so frustrating . And not only me, the other employees who left before or after me have also not received their FNFs and as always they do fake promises that every time we try to share your FNFs something happens and blah-blah but yes it has been 1+ year I haven’t received it. And they are mentally harassing us now....Read More

Progressive work environment. Co-operative colleagues and a lot of growth opportunities. There is massive inter-team communication and involvement so it feels like one big family. The annual sports function is quite fun.

Dislikes

Rotational shifts for the CRO team. However, if one can manage a good show in his/her shift, it becomes a kind of fixed.

Open to discussions, crazy ideas, and more. You get to learn a lot from the senior members in your team and also from other departments.
