The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high -quality products and has a global client base. As a result, i get an opportunity as a operator post to travel maximum places of Utter Pradesh state, especially varanasi, jaunpur and ather some citys. But on-site travel is completely dependent on company project and project location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here....Read More

Thear was nothing for dislike but same time i felt same issue related to company rule and regulation Whose information was later revealed by the high officials of that place .I dont know this issue we found by mangment persons or company .And ather was very good

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
