First thing hr policy is worst and next they keep bond for employees and while interview time hr won’t tell if u want to get certificates u have to pay 1lakh rupees they will tell whenever u want u can get certificates but once if u ask for some emergency purpose they tell u to pay 1lakh rupees. Company won’t think about ur future jus u want to work there as a slave till ur bond complete that’s it. There is only bond for the the people who join as officer and many people r suffering from the bond. So can naukuri and ambition box if u can please help to get our certificates back that will be more helpful for all the employees in whole medreich units. Because of naukuri and ambition box only medreich has cancelled bond for new joining people if same they cancelled bond for existing people all employees will be happy because of ambition box 🙏.
