HR management was very bad. Not in the employee favour. If we work for more than 2+ years also they will not provide any experience letter until you pay some 52XXX amount. I Never experienced these kind of things. They will give Mental pressure so that you can't sustain more period.

Good team support and team co-ordination. I am very happy to work with my current team. Apart from my team i like other department HOD's, Managers, Executives and officers. A very kind supportive and good nature. Having good relationship's with other department and joyful. Good transport facilities for general shift and second shift.

Dislikes

Canteen food is very poor. First of Team HOD is not supportive. They are not ready to ask junior people problems. If any issue or problem related to work, HOD will blame junior people only. If any work junior people cant do without HOD knowledge. But after completion of work, If work got succeed he will forget the junior and make him and his friend as good name from management. If work went issue or any problems, he will blame easily junior. Why you did like this. We are trying to explain about the work happen based on team discussion, but he will not accept and he will reply ok i told, why you not thinked. Like this kind of work, junior people growth will went down and get negative thought about company and management....Read More
