We are seeking a Plant Engineering Head (Manager) to lead engineering and projects at our highly regulated facility in Bengaluru. In this role, you will oversee the engineering team and manage activities related to mechanical, electrical, process equipment, and utilities, ensuring that any new projects are executed with precision and efficiency.

This position requires providing technical expertise, collaborating with teams, and ensuring process efficiency. You will also ensure that the team adheres to cGMP and EHS standards during all operational and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include handling various regulatory audits, managing Quality Management System (QMS) activities within the engineering department, efficiently addressing breakdowns, managing vendors, and possessing excellent negotiation skills, among other key duties.

The candidate must hold a BE/Diploma and have 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (OSD).
