The bosses treat you like you are a maid their home they shout like crazy . Moreover this company is a scam which hires cheap female employee and then just exploit them the bosses doesn’t care about time they will frequently call you at 10: 30 pm in night sometimes 11 pm to do the work .

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
