Poor working environment as well as culture.No fix time of leaving the office.Everyday 3-4 Hours overtime required for male staff & sometime for female staff also.Poor planning,Poor Quality of product.Directors only concentrates on more & more invoicing by compromising product quality as well as safety of workers.In time is fix as 9:00 am but Out time sometime goes to 10:00 pm,11pm Etc.Directors though process about company growth in terms of employees,new products,new customers is very much Poor....Read More

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
