I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? Now they have hire around 10 to 12 employee from the campus, in these 10 to12 now there are only 2 employee left and another 10 has left or they got terminated Now the appraisal season are going on and they are giving pressure in the appraisal so employee can get less appraisal, they put down there senior in from of there junior In this organization Senior Person should take the interview but the junior employee is taking the interview to put down the senior people There is a Junior manager in SIT he force to their employee to work and spend at least 15 to 16 hours and also they force to work in weekend as well There is one manager who only hires the employee who is from his family or friends...Read More
