There is nothing to like about this organization. All the HR personnel work under the managers. The work environment here is very toxic, with a lot of office politics. If you want this organization to be likable, start by removing these two managers PK and DJ—only then will there be some work-life balance

This organization lacks work-life balance, job security, work satisfaction, and competitive salaries. One of the major issues is the presence of two managers who pressure employees into resigning by threatening them with termination. Recently, the company hired around 10 to 12 employees through campus recruitment. However, out of these, only two remain, while the rest have either resigned or been terminated. Currently, during the appraisal season, employees are being pressured to accept lower appraisals. Senior employees are being undermined in front of their juniors, creating a toxic work environment. In this organization, interviews should ideally be conducted by senior employees, but instead, junior employees are taking interviews, seemingly to diminish the credibility of senior candidates. Additionally, a junior manager in the SIT department forces employees to work excessively, requiring them to spend 15 to 16 hours per day and work on weekends. Furthermore, one of the managers hires only those who are either his family members or close friends, raising concerns about favoritism and fairness in recruitment.In last 1 years at least7 to 8 employees left this organization because of work pressure from there managers they have forcely put down the papers...Read More
