My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. If You join this company you will get terminated or you will force to give the resignation from manager there is very toxic environment and politics as well. As manager force me to put the papers down and they want that employee should work at least 14 to 15 hours
