Good work space and supportive Teammates, Management is good and they help us in developing our skills and upgrade ourselves. The company now hires young talents from 2020 passouts. Can get a wide exposure about the field.

Dislikes

Getting wide exposure is a benifit but when donning multiple hats sometimes can make uncomfortable. Their expectations are high irrespective of the years of experience an employee has.

It was my first break into IT / Corporate training,The company (Mazenet) had placed me to work at the client location (Cognizant , Hyderabad). My work was fun , I would get to meet trainees from all over India. It helped me develop my own skills of training through my experiences.

Dislikes

Because I was working at a client location , I could have been benched/laid off or even terminated if the client had no need for the trainer (it would happened at times when fewer training batches came it), There was no job security, no PA , no end of employment benefits.
