There is nothing to like about this company as a developer. If you to join as a tester then it is good.

There is hardly any project in the company. They promote themselves as they have lots of project but its just a gimmick. In terms of hike, just forget about it you won't get any hike and if you consider 2-3% hike as hike then its okay.

Lack of basic facilities, no job security, lack of projects. Its been a very bad experience being in a such organisation where a employee can not expect very basic things. where growth and hike becomes a secondary thing. I would suggest people to go through the history of organisation through portal like glassdoor, ambition box, etc This will save a ton of money time and bad experiences!

Pathetic work culture. Company doesn't have many projects. Many people are kept on bench for long duration. And suddenly 1 fine day they will ask you to put down papers. Hence lack of job security For women they don't allow wfh even on medical conditions or during pregnancy. They suggest you to take lop as long you cannot travel to office during pregnancy. All major projects n lead belongs to Chennai Location. So in other two location that it Banglore and Pune they keep you as support staff due to which scope of growth and learning comes to zero. During Team call people start talking in Tamil and if you show any discomfort team will start sidelining you. Just mentioning the reason you have not coming 12 days to office and not completing 8.5 hrs even that employee did good work for client and received many appreciations.
