Working in Finance Team is Terrible, Too much of Internal Politics makes the Employees feel bad, Proper training is not been provided to new comers as they Start to feel bad once they step inside, Professional Attitude is not maintained inside the team as they maintain strict politics. Job Security, Career growth, Appraisal is not at all possible if not your adjusting with the managers.. i will not recommend to join any professional students Pursuing CS, CA, CMA as they commit to provide proper training and help for further studies, but it will not happen at all.
