There is nothing to like about this organization.

Dislikes

maveric Systems has some areas that need improvement. Initially, they provided a 6-month training on big data and related tools, but it was more of an overview rather than in-depth learning. Unfortunately, when one of their client projects was put on hold, they started laying off employees without much explanation. this lack of job security, combined with poor work culture and management decisions, made it challenging . If you're considering a role at this company, it might be wise to explore other options where there is a more stable work environment and better management practices....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high.
