Management is a little biased when it comes to growth and promotion. It should more be skill and performance based than how old you are in the company. They need more people to bring innovative changes , it's like a govt job but you need to make amendments to keep in pace with the world. I believe in smart work and hard work both.

The brand itself is highly reputed, and most of the management team is professional and approachable. However, there are exceptions, like Tezveer Yadav, who was one of the worst managers to work under during his time as a floor manager. He often took undue advantage of his seniority and displayed a lack of empathy towards his team members. Even in emergencies, he would refuse to approve leaves, creating unnecessary stress for the team.
