Working at Marks & Spencer, Gurgaon as a CSA was a generally positive experience. The company has a great work culture, excellent training, and overall supportive policies for employees. The brand itself is highly reputed, and most of the management team is professional and approachable.
However, there are exceptions, like Tezveer Yadav, who was one of the worst managers to work under during his time as a floor manager. He often took undue advantage of his seniority and displayed a lack of empathy towards his team members. Even in emergencies, he would refuse to approve leaves, creating unnecessary stress for the team.
Despite this, my overall experience with Marks & Spencer was good, and I would recommend the company, but with a word of caution regarding certain individuals in management....Read More
