The flat structure of the company is it's biggest strength combined with the absence of petty office politics and non-hierarchical work culture makes Market Pulse a smooth professional experience. The openness and transparency of the company, especially from the management makes the leadership accessible and I am better able to understand my place in the company; my contribution to the projects; and professional growth. Dislikes

The company need to hire more strategy oriented people who can steer and lead a product lifecycle and look at the multitude of products in a holistic perspective. Decision making needs to be quicker. The company primarily lacks many of the technological toolset and standard operating procedures, which is helpful in some cases but also is a deterrent in the long run.

Working at Market Pulse has been a great journey, professionally and personally. Each person at Market Pulse is deeply passionate about the work they do and about their interests in life. Everyone here is passionate about the vision. Caravan program is great as it allowed the teams to stay,work and eat together so we are able to understand each other better. Reboot program gives us strength to jump higher than before.
