Be it conversations around the revenue, appraisals, salary structures, funding, strategic milestones, or decision making, our culture is of a democratic nature. Each member is aware of where the company is headed, what it plans to do, and why. At Market Pulse, we do not have managers or a strict hierarchy. Everyone is equal and our focus is always our users and our products. We are a family that strives to achieve our dreams together.

Nothing to dislike. But it would be awesome to have more people on board with us since we are a small team with big dreams.

I love working here, The people here are really very cool and they do cool stuffs. Always open for help you can ask for help from anyone. One best thing is they offer force leave policy.

One thing I hate that company is situated in Mumbai which is very expensive city although company provide good salary but for good life you have expense is increased.

The flat structure of the company is it's biggest strength combined with the absence of petty office politics and non-hierarchical work culture makes Market Pulse a smooth professional experience. The openness and transparency of the company, especially from the management makes the leadership accessible and I am better able to understand my place in the company; my contribution to the projects; and professional growth. The company is not only innovative in it's engineering but also very experimental with work processes in terms of developing models for conducting stand ups, team specific workflow models, MP version of agile etc. These core principles actually resulted in one of the easiest transitions to the remote working in the COVID era.

Dislikes

The company need to hire more strategy oriented people who can steer and lead a product lifecycle and look at the multitude of products in a holistic perspective. Decision making needs to be quicker. The company primarily lacks many of the technological toolset and standard operating procedures, which is helpful in some cases but also is a deterrent in the long run.

The company's work culture is employee centric. No working hours, unlimited no question asked paid leaves also the company have a policy for employee's to rejuvenate, the program is called reboot. In reboot the company offers Friday, Saturday & Sunday off in every month and every 3 month Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, also company provide us with a budget to rejuvinate during reboot. So for management, we hate managers at Market Pulse, we don't have any managers and we don't want to, we are given the opportunity to take the responsibility and complete the task. No politics since we have flat hierarcy. We don't have a management team, we have leaders who guide us and show us the path in our personal and professional life as well
