There’s nothing to like in this company, I worked at head Office and here the culture is corrupt.

Dislikes

>No voice of employee. >All the senior management are employees worst nightmare. >Even the HR department is made up of egotistical and unprofessional people. According to the HR if you are not one of the senior people of the company then you are just like an ant in front of elephant- invisible. >No mechanism for employee grievance >You can be asked to leave anytime >Its better to stay unemployed then join this company. >Also, the head of HR Lekshmi Bhargavi is the worst person you can even come across. She is not a human. She disrespects and shouts at her junior almost everyday, she loves to see people cry. >If you are planning to join HO in any role, please don’t, it’s better to stay unemployed then working in BSS. Although it is a subsidiary of Kotak but the ethics and company culture is poles apart. >Your opinions and grievances would never be acknowledged and if you have to face Lekshmi in any situation she’ll sure make you cry and want to die....Read More

Except Bengaluru pls do not join in other state other wise u have to forget your family. In this company u will not get any leave Saturday Sunday all day u have to work.if any emergency came In your family and you ask leave for your manager then he will say take your bag and go home . No work timing and payment on time . Any thing happen in the field with you then company will not responsible.

Dislikes

So except Bengaluru if you r going to join bss in other state then pls do cross check with bss employee. Otherwise there notice period is also difficult. In the notice u have to move five branch. This is my opinion guys I am from bihar as a co I work a year

Office timings & staying in office Claimings only 7200/- only we can claim. If we go outstation from home also no claim. If we join BSS we have to forgot family. For example if dad death condulonces also they won't allow. Morning 6 to night 12 maybe 24hrs also work is there collection executive in field for all 365 days. Conference call will be there but no proper timings. There will be a con call even on night 1:00AM. Employees health are going worst...Read More
