In this company u will not get any leave Saturday Sunday all day u have to work.if any emergency came In your family and you ask leave for your manager then he will say take your bag and go home . No work timing and payment on time . Any thing happen in the field with you then company will not responsible.

So except Bengaluru if you r going to join bss in other state then pls do cross check with bss employee. Otherwise there notice period is also difficult. In the notice u have to move five branch. This is my opinion guys I am from bihar as a co I work a year
