I was a complete fresher when I came to this organization. This role began with thorough training to understand my responsibilities. Following that, I was given tasks to manage them independently. My workload has been just as per my abilities. Managing the same has been smooth and has allowed me ample time to learn. My office life is smooth and satisfactory.

Dislikes

Till now, I didn't get any opportunity to attend webinars. I hope the company plans them soon.

I have an awesome salary at this office. Based on my interview and past experience, I was given a good hike. This hike has been as per my experience. Within some time, I will be receiving my appraisal as well. I am very Pleased to work here. For excellent financial support, this is surely a recommended office to join.

Balancing my job responsibilities has been easy. I work in this company without any hassles related to my work schedule. I'm given work that is not overwhelmingly stressful. All my duties are managed during the office hours. I've never attended any official duty during my personal hours or when at home. Work-life balance is just great.

This Company has won my overall job satisfaction. Largely though, this satisfaction is due to a good salary. Financial stability has been achieved by me as my salary is good. Since I started working here, I have been able to support my family better. Additionally, this pay does justice to every bit of effort I make when carrying out my duties.

Markelytics solutions is an excellent company. It has provisions under its leave policy. Festive holidays are enough and I find the celebrations to be awesome. There are policies for job security, code of conduct, and employee safety too. Considering the office policies, professionalism is very much practiced here.

Dislikes

Office outings should not be planned during the weekend. It is more convenient for me to attend these office outings or events during the week.

A Fun-filled office environment exists here. HR often hosts activities to encourage interactions among employees other than for work. While the company organizes parties, employees also celebrate their occasions here. Such an environment alleviates stress and promotes my well-being. Besides, this office is open 5 days a week. So, everyone stays relaxed and mentally well while in the office.

Flexible working is the best advantage I received here. I have different responsibilities. It is up to me how I want to manage them. Aside from working, if I talk about the timing, some flexibility is given for that as well. This is the best company to work for as a lack of rigidity prevails.

HR and senior managers are easy to contact and approach. I am not required to wait for long hours or days to hear from them. They do have many responsibilities but they know their priorities. Whenever I require genuine advice when I am confused, HR offer help. Also, the managers are very trustworthy regarding any matters I discuss with them.

A couple of colleagues around me receive call on speaker, disrupting my focus a bit.

Being a researcher requires familiarity with multiple resources and techniques. To improve my knowledge regarding these, I have received excellent training here. I was satisfied with the duration of the training. Afterward as well, for the help I need regarding work, I can approach my manager. He looks forward to helping me even when he is occupied.
