This is the most flexible company when leaves have to be applied. It has made a leave policy. Indeed, this policy is followed and leaves are easily granted. I do not have to wait for a long time to get approval. It also happened that when I wasn't feeling well, I was given sick leaves. I didn't have to ask for these leaves. At Markelytics, the work environment is the best. It gives me the inspiration to learn and perform better each day. I may run into some errors. But I have been trained to learn even from my mistakes. With Markelytics Solutions, I have received a work-life balance. The company is quite organized when it comes to work assignment. Its processes are timely done most of the time. Urgent tasks are assigned to me prior. During the evening, no urgent work requirement comes up. Hence, I do not have to sit for long hours here

The seating arrangement could have been better. Some of the team members are not sitting together.

This is a workplace with less to no work pressure. I consider myself to be an old employee now. But earlier also, work pressure never seemed to be too high. In the present times also, there is nothing to stress me out. I remember I was a fresher at that time. It was possible to learn so much because of no work pressure.

The company has good perks to offer. Markelytics has one of the best teams and every member understands his/her duties. Because of this, work gets equally distributed and I don't feel any stress. The environment is better than my expectations.

Dislikes

In the interview, I was told that I was selected. I was also ready for early joining. But my joining was decided 2 weeks later by the company.
