I've progressed as a senior software engineer. I have learned a lot here in these 3 years and this has only made my performance more noteworthy. I've never felt the work culture to be hectic. over years. I Have learned to balance my office work without letting it affect my personal life.

Dislikes

Work-life balance was an issue 3 years ago. But I increased my efficiency. Then I was able to manage it. The management really supported me with this.

The company was thoughtful enough to allow the employees to work from home when the lockdown started. Leaves were still allowed during the work-from-home period. I faced no problems in availing them.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Throughout the week, schedule flexibility is observed. It is easy to manage the work when there is no rigidity regarding the schedule. Although work deadlines are determined by the managers, I can decide how to complete a task. Achieving mental is, therefore, not a challenge. The managers are more than understanding and make work stress-free.

I communicate with my colleagues via email. Some of them take more than a day to respond.

Initially, work-life balanced was great. After a year too, there is nothing that affects this balance. We work on so many projects. But the deadlines are achievable and the workload isn't high. I've worked in offices where I was the only software developer. In this office though, there is a proper team of developers. Work division is thoughtfully done to avoid high pressure on a single employee. New resources are added as projects or tasks increase. The company has good and practical ways to provide work life balance to its employees.

We have a big cafeteria in the office. There are also some food options. But mostly, there are for vegetarians and not non- vegetarians

I was a complete fresher when I came to this organization. This role began with thorough training to understand my responsibilities. Following that, I was given tasks to manage them independently. A Fun-filled office environment exists here. HR often hosts activities to encourage interactions among employees other than for work. Flexible working is the best advantage I received here. I have different responsibilities. It is up to me how I want to manage them. Aside from working, if I talk about the timing, some flexibility is given for that as well. This is the best company to work for as a lack of rigidity prevails.

Balancing my job responsibilities has been easy. I work in this company without any hassles related to my work schedule. I'm given work that is not overwhelmingly stressful.
